Religious Institutions

Many thousands of churches and other religious institutions worldwide have discovered how modern, high-quality handbells can be used for worship,

performance, group-building and outreach for every age group.  Today, handbells play a vital role in liturgical, non-liturgical, and contemporary worship across many denominations and faiths.

Handbells can be used to enhance any worship format - from processionals and hymn accompaniments to chants, seasonal music, festivals, and celebrations.  Religious leaders tell us that graded handbell programs have not only enhanced their music programs but also provided a unique way for children, youth, adults and seniors to serve.  And, because performing handbell music requires great cooperation, collaboration and communication, handbell choir participants of all ages learn valuable team-building skills.

Handbell programs frequently play an important role in a church’s outreach ministry. Whether playing at the local senior resident facility or traveling to a mission ministry, handbell performances have proven an effective way to build connections and bring joy to others.
